Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
We are seeking commercial HVAC Service Tech individuals. In this role, you will leverage your HVAC skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and service a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. As a service tech, you will be dispatched from your house to different locations in and around the Sioux Falls area to perform scheduled (and unscheduled) preventative maintenance inspections and service requests.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance inspections.
Service and repair HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently.
Adhere to design specifications by reading blueprints.
Install and repair HVAC systems using basic wiring and electrical skills.
Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining complex HVAC systems in simple terms.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and appointments.
Work well with colleagues to complete projects efficiently.
Essential Skills
Understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.
Ability to read blueprints.
Basic knowledge of circuits, voltage, and wiring.
Knowledge of safety standards.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preventive maintenance and construction knowledge.
Field service and installation experience.

Work Environment
Work is mainly performed in Fargo, West Fargo, Sioux Falls, and Moorhead. A company vehicle, phone, and computer will be provided. You will be paid for drive time to and from scheduled and unscheduled appointments. Hours are Monday through Friday, with start times varying between 6am and 8am, and end times depending on when your schedule is fulfilled, which could be anywhere from 5pm to 7pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Once they get trained and understand the products, when they are fixing issues, they can sell products and get commision based on price of those products
