Cassia Certified Medication Aide (CMA), Level II or Level III, Evenings in Fargo, North Dakota
Fargo Elim , is hiring a Full-Time Level II or Level III Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team in our beautiful health care center. This is a Monday - Friday position working the evening shift.
In this role at our 5-star rated campus, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. We are seeking an individual who excels at connecting with residents & patients and is a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Monday - Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Hours: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) responsibilities :
Prepare and administer medications.
Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
Review and follow a written care plan.
Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure on new computerized software.
Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls and helping residents to the bathroom.
Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
Perform other duties as requested.
Certified Medication Aide (CMA)skills and requirements:
Must hold current CNA/Level II or Level III CMA licenses in the state of North Dakota.
Must be a Level II or Level III medication aide.
Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
Must be able to stand for length of 8-hour shift.
Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.
