Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to work on various commercial projects, including office buildings, hotels, banks, and high-end remodels. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing design-build team with a strong emphasis on personality and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

  • Design and draft commercial construction documents.

  • Work closely with the architect and clients to ensure project success.

  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Suite, and SketchUp for project design and detailing.

  • Develop detailed construction documents, including design, drafting, and detailing.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial design firms.

  • High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Suite, and SketchUp.

  • Strong understanding of commercial construction documents.

  • Ability to design, draft, and detail architectural plans.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensure not required.

  • Experience with Revit and photography is a plus.

  • Strong personality and cultural fit with a work hard/play hard attitude.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment where you will collaborate closely with an architect and work directly with clients. The team values a balance of hard work and play, fostering a dynamic and engaging workplace culture. This position starts as a contract role with the potential to transition to a direct hire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
