Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to process accounts receivable transactions, including but not limited to invoicing clients, cash receipts, customer deposits, and credit requests. You will examine and correct accounting transactions to ensure accuracy, prepare and post journal entries, and maintain customer account balances by coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve any invoicing and/or collections issues.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve any invoicing and/or collections issues.
Essential Skills
Accounts receivable and/or collections experience.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a financial discipline.
1 year of relevant work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Data entry skills.
Work Environment
This is an on-site, day shift position from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is a contract position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
