Currently, we are searching for an Executive Recruiter to partner directly with our executives and organizational leaders to own key top talent hires that move the needle for the business. How an Executive Recruiter will make an impact :

Partner directly with GDIT’s leadership team to build and scale their teams

Own full lifecycle te chnical executive hiring across various functional areas of the organization to continue to build our fast-paced, high-growth environment

Evangelize GDIT’s value proposition and educate candidates about our strategy and mission

Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for Executive and Director-level positions across the organization

Leverage advanced tools such as GEM, Talent Neuron and LinkedIn while utilizing networking , partnerships with industry-specific associations to build a pipeline of qualified, diverse leadership candidates

Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, centers of excellence to understand the specific requirements for each role, provide market insights, and guide the selection process

Coor dinate the entire interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Lead the offer negotiation process, including compensation discussions, ensuring competitive and fair packages that align with organizational standards

Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor practices to provide strategic advice on talent acquisition for executives and directors

Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement with high-potential leaders

Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on search progress, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes to senior leadership

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree along with 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3 years focused on executive recruitment. In lieu of bachelor's degree, 14+ years of experience may serve as a degree substitute

  • Experience in recruiting top-tier talent using high-touch hiring practices and diversity channels for talent

  • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition regulations in a government contracting environment (OFCCP)

  • Proficiency with Talent Acquisition software such as Workday, Gem, LinkedIn, HireEZ

  • Thrive in a fast-paced growth environment dedicated to finding optimal solutions for our hiring managers and leaders, mirroring our commitment to achieving the best outcomes for candidates and GDIT

  • Strong oral and written communication abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adapt as necessary

  • Experience leading and handling large-scale critical initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate consultative, influential, and collaborative relationships across various levels of internal stakeholders

  • Location: Hybrid to GDIT’s Falls Church, Virginia office

The likely salary range for this position is $134,597 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
