ManTech Cloud Solution Architect in Falls Church, Virginia
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Solution Architect to join our team in Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, project sponsors, and team members. Should be able to articulate program objectives, progress, and risks in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with developers and engineers to develop road maps for applications, align development plans, and to ensure effective integration among information systems and the IT infrastructure.
Ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements.
Analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements.
Perform as the technical expert with thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.
Perform as a project lead with the responsibility for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned Mobile developers working on a specific project.
Assist in the scheduling and coordinating of projects, including in the design phase of a project.
Work with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
Participate in the development of software user manuals.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent
Experience as a Cloud Solution Architect with expertise in Azure, AWS, and AWSgov Cloud.
Proficient in Node.js, Python, Angular, DevSecOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
Experience in automating containerized microservices deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Strong background in security designs, requirements, testing, and risk mitigation.
Must understand the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment, and be able to evaluate the impact of changes or additions for complex systems.
Proficient in DevOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and AWS services.
Experience in architecting and delivering cloud-based solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD Healthcare IT experience preferred
