Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for managing financial records, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and analyzes financial data. Additionally, they will perform account reconciliations, contribute to corporate reporting requirements, review and analyze costs to ensure appropriate classifications, and drive continuous improvements of the close process – all with a focus on customer support.
This position is part of the Accounting and Finance organization located in Hemet, CA and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Prepare and enter journal transactions to collect, summarize, and analyze financial information.
Prepare account analysis and standard reconciliations.
Assist in the review of select account reconciliations.
Drive continuous improvement of the month-end process.
Perform special projects that have a positive impact on the business.
Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to our Corporate office.
Coordinate with the Senior Financial Analyst on forecast loads and forecast analysis.
Prepare and analyze daily sales, bookings, and backlog reports.
Review and analyze costs to ensure appropriate classification of expenditures.
The essential requirements of the job include:
B. S. in Accounting required.
5-10 years’ experience in accounting and financial controls
Experience with ERP systems, corporate compliance reporting.
It would be nice if you also possess:
Experience in a large manufacturing environment
General ledger responsibility and cost accounting experience
OneStream consolidation software highly preferred.
Avalara and Oracle is a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD per year.
