Robert Half HR Coordinator in Fallbrook, California

Description

Our respected client is seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will assist in all HR-related functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

  • Help in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

  • Support other functions as assigned.

    Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources role.

  • Knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with HR software and Microsoft platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
