Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team located in Fall River, Massachusetts. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks, including handling incoming phone calls, managing client documents, and maintaining accurate records. This position is within the industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate individuals.

• Compose and type various types of correspondence, including notes, memos, and emails.

• Welcome clients and visitors, providing a detail oriented and friendly first impression of the office.

• Oversee the processing of tax returns and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Utilize document software to scan and file client documents effectively.

• Carry out bookkeeping duties, including reconciling and entering client information.

• Manage special document projects, demonstrating strong organization skills with Excel.

• Prioritize the scanning of client documents, maintaining an efficient and organized system. Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in Concur software

• Proficiency in CRM software

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
