Blaze is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist. This position will promote credit union growth through identifying, establishing, and maintaining organizational client relationships. Major Duties and Responsibilities Enhances relationship and servicing to organizational clients by seeking new opportunities. Maintains regular communications with key Select Employee Groups and core group contacts. Assists key SEG and core group contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Distributes marketing related materials directed at promoting the credit union to SEG and core group contacts and potential members. Cross-sells products and services. Maintains a general understanding of NCUA rules and regulations. Networks and prospects for new member contacts. Other Duties Maintains timely and regular attendance to meet member needs including evenings and weekends. Easily adapts to change and embraces new ideas. Prioritizes and manages multiple demands. Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Exhibit Blaze's 5A culture - Ambassador, Achievement, Ambition, Ability and Attitude? Regular and predictable attendance Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses High School degree or equivalent 3-4 years of similar or related experience or a Bachelor's degree in related field. Prior Media experience Demonstrated Knowledge Detail-oriented Verbal and written communication skills Presentation skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Ability to multitask and handle conflicting priorities Ability to travel both locally and statewide Communication Skills Ability to develop and implement responses to members/staff to document and develop new and ongoing techniques to improve processes; written communications draw from expert information from the field whether as an individual contributor or manager Physical Requirements Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.
