This is for an Extended School Year (ESY) program and is considered a BOCES ESY position.

LOCATION OF POSITION:Monroe One BOCES - 41 O’Connor Road, Fairport NY 14450; Various Locations
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: July 10, 2025 - August 20, 2025. Full and Part Time positions available. For all BOCES Programs Pre and Post summer trainings and set-up as directed.
Mandatory Summer Set-Up Meetings:
June 4th = O’Connor Academy, eStart, Transition/Employment, Creekside (BPA Unit + TES Staff)
June 11th = Creekside (BUP Unit)
June 12th = Bird/Morgan
SALARY RANGE:$32.33 - $52.43 per hour or your 2025-26 rate in this title for current Monroe One Boces staff
*Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.
DUTIES:
Implement mental health services to meet goals/objectives of student IEP, including: individual and group counseling, crisis support, behavioral consultation, family and community outreach, other requests within the scope of School Social Work practice.
Participate in team meetings conferences, consultations and classroom related activities of the Extended School Year program.
Generate ESY Related Service Summary Reports and other documentation as required by the Extended School Year program.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary classroom teams, families and program administrators with a focus on student outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- NYS Certified School Social Worker as required by the State Education Department for practice in the school setting.
Applicants must commit to working the full 30-day Extended School Year Program.
If assigned to BOCES ESY program, must attend mandatory ESY planning day.
Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
