ManpowerGroup Onsite Coordinator in Fairhaven, Massachusetts

We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our growing team at Acushnet. Our mission is to delivery exceptional talent solutions to support our clients success through a strategic approach. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, assisting with Human Resource tasks, has attention to detail and is looking for a role that is different every day. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with 40 hours per week!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing top talent

  • Achieve performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative and remaining agile in this fast-paced industry

  • Monitor attendance and performance, coaching associates to resolve problems and recognize good performance

  • Engage current talent during training to upgrade their skills for their assignments

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client facing role or customer service role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with clients and associates

  • High School diploma or GED
