Robert Half Technology is looking for a full-time/direct hire Network Administrator to join the efforts of a growing company with a growing team. You will support the business by developing, administering and maintaining the network infrastructure, making sure that the enterprise systems and related components are secure, have integrity, and are highly available. This role involves taking responsibility for the design and implementation of network segmentation across the organization, working collaboratively with datacenter partners to design and implement an Active/Active Disaster Recovery solution for our core business applications. What you get to do every single day

• Providing control measures for LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam

• Organizing and executing upgrades to network software and hardware

• Controlling the operation of services related to all local area networks and wide area networks, while adhering to company policies and procedures

• Analyzing and fixing local area networks / wide area network performance, connectivity and related network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network segmentation across all company operations.

• Collaborate with datacenter partners to design and implement Active/Active Disaster Recovery solutions for core business applications.

• Manage the networking components that facilitate communication between inter-datacenter connects and external VPN endpoints.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Microsoft, Active Directory, and Backup Technologies for effective network administration.

• Ensure proper configuration management and system design for optimal network performance.

• Manage network components including Cisco VPN and Azure DevOps Server.

• Utilize Azure Active Directory for network administration tasks.

• Ensure disaster recovery strategies are in place and functional.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.

• Proficiency with Cisco Routers and Cisco Technologies is required.

• Experience with Firewall Technologies is a must.

• Familiarity with Microsoft systems and applications.

• Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory.

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies.

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Experience in Configuration Management.

• Skills in System Design are essential.

• Familiarity with Network Components.

• Experience with Cisco VPN.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Server and Azure Active Directory.
