Description

We are searching for an organized, attentive file clerk to join our team. The file clerk will be responsible for maintaining our filing system, including creating, organizing, and managing digital and physical files. You will also frequently engage in various administrative duties such as data entry, document proofreading, and maintaining business confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing efficient filing systems.

• Organizing and managing various files with sensitive and confidential data.

• Performing high-quality data entry according to company standards.

• Assisting the office team in maintaining files and databases.

• Preparing and handling office documentation, including invoices, quotations, and reports and distributing them as needed.

• Liaise effectively with various departments and provide general administrative support.

• Checking files to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

• Ensuring all sensitive and confidential information is handled with complete discretion.

• Complying with all company policies and regulations.

• Providing efficient retrieval of data and files when needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a file clerk or in a similar role preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of data confidentiality principles.

• Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
