Robert Half Customer Service Coordinator in Fairfield, California

Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the wine industry at our Fairfield, California location for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be primarily handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and performing tasks related to data entry and email correspondence. This role also includes order entry responsibilities, among other tasks related to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail

• Handle email correspondence with customers in a timely and professional manner

• Process and track orders accurately

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

• Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and inquiries

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload as necessary

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in the performance of job duties.

Requirements • Demonstrated ability in Email Correspondence to effectively communicate with customers.

• Proficiency in Data Entry to accurately record customer information and transactions.

• Experience with Order Entry to process customer orders in a timely manner.

• Proven ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls, addressing customer queries and providing solutions.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.

• Knowledge of wine industry and its products is desirable.

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle any customer issues or complaints.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information.

• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.

• High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills may be advantageous.
