Job Description:

Salesforce Program Analyst - Remote

Join our team as Salesforce Program Analyst and make an impact to our clients by serving as a Salesforce service ticket and communications expert to help our clients identify application errors, solve user issues, and develop training materials and other communications strategies to help our client modernize their human capital systems.

  • Identify and group tickets by tags that come into Salesforce Admin queue in the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system and elevate any ticket that needs to higher Tiers.

  • Troubleshoot issues for employees, supervisors, application coordinators.

  • Provide input on root causes of trend issues, and more.

  • Develop training guides for users, administrators, managers.

  • Provide guidance on workflow process for SNOW ticket routing procedures.

  • Collaborate development and engineering teams on new and continuing issues coming into SNOW.

  • Capture and report metrics to client leadership.

  • Conduct meetings with business users and development teams to facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements into user stories.

  • Translate user needs and explain requirements to a technical team.

  • Ensure Product Owners understand business needs and proposed solutions. Represent end users to explain and clarify requirements and provide feedback on user stories. Establish acceptance criteria and sign off on all developed products prior to launch.

  • Participate in the Daily Scrums, Design Meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and coordinates with the users during End-to-End testing/User Acceptance Testing.

  • Develop project management deliverables (detailed project schedule, budget, dependencies, weekly project status, dashboards, and updates) and processes (risk, quality, and scope management).

  • Develop executive-level briefing materials and presentations to convey program status, proposed solutions, benefits, and impact to overall modernization of human capital system initiatives and activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education : BA or BS degree, MS preferred.

  • Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience

  • Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies

  • Proficient use of Jira/Confluence for requirements documentation

  • Must be familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Knowledge of MS Power Platform and UiPath will be a plus.

  • Proficient understanding of process improvement/reengineering with the ability to process map As-Is and To-Be processes

  • Proficient with Office 365 suite of tools such as PPT, Word, Excel, and Visio

  • Proficient with Project Management Software (i.e. Smartsheet or MS Project)

  • Excellent visualization skills.

  • Superior excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Security Clearance Level: Active CBP BI Clearance.

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
