Description

Our client in Fairfax, Virginia is looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and managing payroll for over 150 employees.

  • Ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations.

  • Fully understanding and strictly adhering to payroll legislations

  • Protecting and maintaining confidentiality of employee payroll data.

  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant state and city ordinances.

  • Operating and managing payroll software.

  • Demonstrating a close attention to detail and quick learning ability.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

  • 3+ years of Payroll experience

  • Experience operating and managing payroll software
