Our work depends on Business Process Analyst Expert joining our team to lead collection, synthesis, analysis, and documentation of existing MuleSoft business processes and design of new business processes. , in support of the Department of Energy CBOSS program.

HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Support the Task Order Program Manager in providing leadership for the team to identify and implement opportunities for service enhancements

  • Facilitate software enhancement estimation processes to provide accurate levels of estimate for upcoming tasks and/or change requests.

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between team and various stakeholders.

  • Facilitate development teams understanding of the client environment and needs as priorities shift.

  • Help the team and client make decisions based on long-term and short-term aspects of the engagement.

  • Gather requirements and highlight dependencies within the existing implementation.

  • Work effectively in a multi-contractor environment.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Development Manager, Development Team, Business Analysts, and other Agile team members to solve complex policy and system integration involving activities across several Orgs.

  • Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment

  • May serve as team lead

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 10+ years of experience

  • Experience with requirements gathering and analysis

  • MuleSoft experience including an understanding of MuleSoft implementation, customization and integrations

  • Experience creating written documentation for different stakeholders (e.g., leadership, offices)

  • Experience with the aspects of Change Management and the ITIL processes.

  • US Citizenship required

  • Department of Energy BAO required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MuleSoft developer experience including integrations with Salesforce

  • Previous experience in a leadership or product owner role

  • Experience as a Scrum Master

  • ITIL Foundation certification

The likely salary range for this position is $110,115 - $204,360. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
