Super Soccer Stars Coaching Marketing Coordinator in Fairfax, Virginia
Super Soccer Stars is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team! As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in planning, executing, and managing effective marketing campaigns that promote our youth sports programs. This role is essential for fostering community engagement and driving enrollment across our various offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Social Media & Digital Marketing; manage the website, connect with Facebook groups, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite or Soci to grow our online presence. Plan out each post a month or more in advance with objective and call to action.
Design and execute Meta and Google ad campaigns, planning one quarter in advance to align with company goals.
Write and distribute newsletter & communication with parents.
Help organize and run open enrollment events, tabling events, and promote our brand at community and school functions.
Lead flyering campaigns in key neighborhoods and zip codes to promote events. For example; connect with farmers markets, local activities etc for tabling space
Create and update marketing flyers for school demos and events, as well as manage PeachJar engagement + manage the budget for marketing materials, signs, and event prizes.
Assist with open enrollment initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth in the Fairfax area.
Oversee marketing and set up of private classes & birthday parties.
Providing excellent customer service and support; handle emails and phone calls related to customer inquiries
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in children's sports or education.
Familiarity with social media platforms and e-marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software preferred.
Passion for sports, particularly soccer, and working with children is a plus!

$20-25 + an increase of $1 every 6 months.
Minimum of 15 hours a week on average. Can be more during busy seasons preparation.
