HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Manager to lead and coordinate a team of high performers chartered to ensure program execution is supported in all facets of cross functional tasks and shared services. This role is to support the upcoming Logistics, ISR, and Next-Gen Technology (LOGIX) TO. You will focus on standardizing business practices through a combination of administrative tasks in functional areas such as travel, finance, human resources, purchasing, contractual deliverables and logistics. The LOGIX TO will support the JADC2 goal to deliver a relevant information advantage with ISR operations and logistics support. To support continued progress and sustainment of the JADC2 Strategy, the LOGIX TO support the accelerated application of technological solutions by analyzing new and emerging technologies for DIU-NSIN Mission Partner systems, technologies, capabilities, platforms, equipment, and associated subordinate and supporting systems used to execute their missions.
The PMO Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating all phases of Business Operations functions in support of overall cost schedule and performance for the program. This role will work closely with the Business Operations Lead and Missions Operations Lead to provide overall standard operating procedures, processes, knowledge management and program performance. Oversee aspects of the PMO to include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of projects in compliance with all Program Deliverables. Prepare reports for government customers and Program Manager regarding the status of multiple ongoing projects.
What You Will Do
Align business operations activities and personnel with strategic mission and goals of the organization.
Standardize business operations practices, develop SOPs and training to drive efficiencies in execution.
Overseas the deployment coordination and SOFA arrangements process.
Develop and improve project management office policies and processes.
Ensure projects comply with organizational standards and policies.
Provide governance by setting guidelines and frameworks for project execution.
Directs the work of employees assigned to the Program Management Office
Understanding of each work function to better understand issues that may arise and quickly assist with complications as they arise.
Monitor PMO budget and resource allocations.
Provide training and support to project managers, teams, and subcontractors.
Review status of project actions and deliverables, managing schedules and milestone events; serve as primary point of contact to resolve business related matters within your assigned roles and responsibilities.
Collaboration with Program Support Office and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Smartsheet tracker review/oversight for process improvements/changes in conjunction with PSO staff.
Track overall program performance through established metrics and KPIs.
provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights into project status, budget adherence, and resource utilization.
Support LOGIX Portal usage and improvements.
Interface with the Program Support Office (PSO) to drive standardized solutions across program objectives.
Maintain quality assurance procedures with all products and deliverables as required.
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
What We Are Looking For
6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Prior experience monitoring budget and resource allocations.
Have excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Must be a US Citizen.
Be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Has a deep understanding of managing and applying FAR regulated processes for geographically disbursed teams to include understanding of Status of Forces Agreements (SOFAs), Host Nation Support Agreements applicable to U.S. Armed Forces or U.S. citizens in the area of overseas operations.
