Job Description

Provide workforce to perform inspections of private homes, apartments, and other residential structures. Inspectors shall be qualified to determine habitability and code compliance and understand application of HUD residential standards as they pertain to housing units being inspected. Provide licensed residential electric and plumbing and heating for inspections if required in the task order. Deliverables may include completed checklists, individual designs, and preliminary cost estimates and construction schedules
