Cloud Developer & Security Engineering Director

Our work depends on Cloud Developer & Security Engineering Director joining our team to manage engineering efforts of the Capability Delivery Platform (CDP) and advise on the selection and use of technology for in-house use of systems managed by the division CISO/VP.
HOW A Cloud Developer & Security Engineering Director WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages Cloud and on-premise engineering and administration by engaging in design, architecture, deployment and maintenance of cloud/security solutions.
● Will manage, from an engineering task perspective all engineering tasking and development.
● Will work with the IHS CDP PM and the IHS Deputy CISO in collaboration to achieve objectives of the division, and the individual programs.
● Ensuring that secure, cost effective, and performance based approaches are employed for the success of the IHS and GDIT organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Masters Degree or experience substitution in Engineering, IT, or technology field.
● Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, Security control administration.
● Security Clearance Level: NONE, must be able to obtain SECRET
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational Skills, Task Management, presentation skills, AWS and Azure technologies
● Preferred Skills: Experience with DoD / IC security controls
● Location: Remote
● Due to the need for this candidate to be cleared, or clearable to the Secret level, US Citizenship is Required.

The likely salary range for this position is $191,250 - $258,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
