Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contracts Management Specialist to provide management and oversight of contract acquisitions throughout all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and close-out. This role involves supporting pre-award and post-award contract activities, market research, cost and schedule tracking, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee contract acquisition activities across all phases of the project life cycle.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, updating, and coordinating pre-award and post-award contract documents and requirements packages.
Conduct market research and develop comprehensive Market Research Reports.
Support, assist, implement, and report on cost, schedule, and performance measures using the Program Execution Module (PEM) tool.
Assist in developing Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Statements of Objective (SOO).
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in contract management or a related field.
Education: An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree will be considered as equivalent experience.
Clearance Requirement: Secret.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pre-award and post-award contract management processes.
Proficiency in market research and contract documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
