Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Fairborn, Ohio. This role involves project management, technical environment support, and deployment of Microsoft 365 services and applications. You will also assist in the implementation of a new ticketing system and provide desk and email support to resolve user issues and improve IT operations. This job offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Handle project management tasks ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time

• Assess and prioritize incoming technical issues for timely resolution

• Work within a Windows MS environment to support various IT functions

• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 services and applications

• Assist in the implementation and management of a new ticketing system to streamline support processes

• Provide desk and email support to resolve user issues and improve IT operations

• Use Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware to perform tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Analyst in a non-profit environment

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders

• Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
