AON Business Development Specialist in Fairborn, Ohio

Aon is looking for an Business Development Specialist

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. This is a hybrid work schedule based out of Fairborn, OH.

Your impact as an Business Development Specialist

Support within all functions of Insurmark Lender Placed Insurance to include client facing communications, administration of new agency and account implementation, account management for financial institutions & real estate investor property accounts. Must collaborate across sales, underwriting, and administrative teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Support/Development

  • Agent and account Onboarding

  • Prepare Account Set-Up Documentation

  • Account Management/Account Communication

  • Property Portfolio Management

  • Underwriting Support

  • Account Review/Analysis

  • Carrier Reporting

  • Billing and Technical Support

  • Account Training on System Portals

    Required Experience:

  • Experienced Insurance Professional with P&C License Desired

  • Personal Lines Insurance Agency Experience Desired, but not Required

  • Communication Skills

  • Desire to Learn and Excel

  • Financial Institutions and Real Estate Investors as Clients

  • Fast paced environment

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

    The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
