Job Summary
The Station Supervisor will be responsible for managing both the customer service and sales activities at the Fairbanks (FAI) station. This position ensures that customers receive exceptional service while promoting business growth through sales development and marketing initiatives. The Supervisor will lead the customer service team, oversee the daily operations of the station, and work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Essential Functions:
Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure all customer touchpoints and interactions reflect the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
Resolve customer issues, complaints or inquiries promptly, ensuring positive outcomes. Escalate complex issues as necessary.
Hire, train, coach, and discipline staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and high standards of performance.
Maintain the Customer Service operations manual, department forms, and procedural checklists, recommending process changes where needed and auditing annually to ensure relevancy.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all airway bills, passenger tickets, and related documentation. Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies, maintain detailed records, and ensure that all accounting processes align with company standards and financial procedures.
Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, by providing support and relevant solutions to meet customer needs.
Utilize Everts Airs Customer Resource Management (CRM) platform to document sales activities, significant customer interaction, and competitive information.
Work closely with Everts Air Customer Service, Load Control, Cargo and Sales departments to help ensure new and existing customers benefit from a seamless sale to service experience, especially with EAA and EAC charter services.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, striving to meet and exceed performance goals.
Serve as an ambassador for Everts Air Alaska, ensuring that the company's mission, values, and leadership principles are upheld in daily operations.
