Job Summary
The Aircraft Hangar Facility Support Coordinator will provide planning, oversight, and leadership to ensure the North Hangar is well organized and maintained in a safe, clean, orderly, and efficient fashion. The Support Coordinator will work with EAF maintenance personnel to set goals and follow them through to completion. The position will also be responsible for organizing all equipment and materials located inside and around North Hangar as well as providing suggestions to improve our storage capabilities for the associated areas.

Job Duties
Essential Functions:
Maintains a safe working environment by keeping the area clean and removing any physical hazards inside and outside of the hangar.
Under the direction of the DM, collaborate with hangar users to ensure priorities are communicated and achieved and proper hangar usage is adhered to.
Serve as the POC for GSE and Building Maintenance Job Requests ensuring timely follow through.
Perform weekly inspection of flammable cabinets and storage racks for expired shelf-life items.
Liaisons with environmental contacts regarding their activities in or about the North Hangar.
Verify all hangar equipment receives preventative, scheduled, and on demand maintenance. and ground equipment is inspected daily, and inspection logs are completed. Follow up/report all discrepancies
Clean and perform minor maintenance, repairs, and painting hangar service equipment and vehicles.
Assist with preparation and repositioning of aircraft for maintenance and operations as required.
Follow all company procedures when operating ground support equipment (external power carts, hydraulic mules, hydraulic lift platforms, tow tugs, forklifts, compressed gas cylinders, etc.).
Ability to use sheet metal shear, band saws, skill saws, drills, and other common tools to create tooling containers and shipping crates.
Liaison with Company Leadership to ensure all TSA, SMS, OSHA, and company initiatives are followed.
Perform inspections and internal audits of the Hanger facility and equipment
Follow Everts Safety programs and promote a culture of safety awareness. Maintain records of training activities.
Assists parts room personnel with preparation of shipments, including packing, boxing, and crating.
Assists the building maintenance department with hangar maintenance.
Escorts various private and company personnel unfamiliar with the airport grounds as requested.
Ensure all man doors entering and exiting the hangar are free and clear of snow and maintenance with sand during snow and slippery seasons. Dispose of North Hangar Refuse regularly, prior to build up.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Experience-
-Experience in construction or a related field is a plus
Knowledge of occupational health regulations
Experience in risk management and implementing safety programs
Understanding of OSHA regulations and requirements
Familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) practices
Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)
