Our client is currently hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst, to join their team in Exton. As a Senior Payroll Analyst you will support all aspects of payroll operations processing, including the deployment of ADP payroll processes, ensuring consistent focus on driving efficiencies and process improvements. This role requires extensive experience in full-cycle payroll processing, particularly within high-growth, multi-entity environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll principles, industry standards, and the ability to manage complex payroll tasks involving equity transactions, domestic relocation, and international mobility payments. If you have at least 7 years of experience and are well versed in both ADP and SAP payroll systems then this is the role for you.

salary: $40 - $45.44 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Senior Payroll Analyst, job duties include:

• Execute full-cycle payroll processing, including bi-weekly and weekly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Partner with payroll team members to develop and enhance payroll services, ensuring optimal customer service delivery.

• Utilize ADP payroll systems, Workday HCM, and Kronos Time-keeping systems to process and manage payroll operations.

• Conduct payroll reporting, review reports, and identify irregularities in processing.

• Engage in testing and implementation of SAP Payroll systems, ensuring smooth integration and operation.

• Apply knowledge of wage and hour laws to ensure compliance and address employee relations issues.

• Provide support for a high-volume payroll environment, processing approximately 500 timecards weekly.

Skills:

• 7 + years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing with in-depth knowledge of payroll principles, concepts, and industry practices.

• Proficiency in SAP payroll systems, Workday HCM, and Kronos Time-keeping systems.

• Knowledge of equity plans for payroll reporting purposes.

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to run and interpret payroll reports.

• Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to perform data analysis and reporting.
