Product Manager II

Location: Exton, PA, USA and you can work in a hybrid mode.

Position Summary:

Powered by iTwin, seamlessly integrated with Bentley’s open applications, and providing common data environments, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud helps engineers produce higher quality digital deliverables, enables contractors to leverage data from design to make more informed planning and execution decisions, and provides owners with evergreen digital twins to improve the reliability, performance, compliance, and safety of their infrastructure assets. We are looking for a product manager to join the Bentley Infrastructure cloud product management team to with specific responsibility of document management capabilities.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the common document management services, aligning it with the business goals and user needs.

  • Collaborate with geographically scattered cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.

  • Work in an empowered team approach to market research, user feedback, and data analysis to identify customer pain points, validate product assumptions, and measure product performance.

  • Work with Engineering and UX to prioritize and manage the backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes, balancing the trade-offs between scope, quality, and time-to-market.

  • Define and track key metrics and success criteria for the product, and communicate the progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to build rapport and trust with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, executives, and engineers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in product management in enterprise software companies.

  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to define and prioritize user requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to use data and metrics to support product decisions and measure product performance.

  • Familiarity with the enterprise software market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
