Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Full-Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need :
We are currently looking for a Full Time Senior Director of Behavioral Day Services to join our team in Mercer County. We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the overall operation of all The Agencies Behavioral Day Program Services.
What We Need:
Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities desired in a Day Services environment.
Ability to mentor and coach team with clear oversight of your team to foster culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitors the outcomes of the program in accordance with established benchmarks and develops corrective actions by coaching and mentoring program managers to ensure improved quality.
Participate in Agency strategic plan initiatives.
Works collaboratively with the Clinical team to provide exceptional behavioral services.
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field and / or minimum of five (5) years' experience in a related field.
Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a related field
Prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities .
Valid Driver's License in good standing required
Excellent communication skills.
Strong task management skills.
