Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

A leading general contractor in the area is seeking a Project Manager to join their team, focusing on commercial and industrial projects. This is a family-run business with the owners being directly engaged in day-to-day operations, working to grow their backlog of projects substantially over the next 5 years. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to build a team and mentor those around them. The company prides itself on their highly positive repeat client reviews, as well as the family-owned culture of their office.

Hard Skills

• 5+ Years of construction project manager experience owning projects between $1-5M in budget

• 2+ Years of experience working on design-build projects

• 2+ Years of industrial or commercial project experience

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Everett, Washington.

Work Environment

Attached to project sites in Burlington area, and will have an office space for the 1-2 days that they aren't onsite.
