David Evans and Associates Office Administrator in Everett, Washington

DEA is hiring an Office Administrator to support our office in Everett, WA. This position is part-time and will require 10 hours per week and will be responsible for a variety of duties, including administrative responsibilities and general office tasks in a fast-paced professional engineering firm. Duties will include but not be limited to the following: Office administration support, including security access rights, onboarding new team members, communications, IT Support and coordination (Wi-Fi, copies, etc.); General administrative support at office as needs arise; Ordering and maintaining office supplies and requests as needed; Tracking mileage and maintenance scheduling for company vehicles; Coordination with Office Leader and RBSL for installation of furniture or office changes, including quotes and coordinating work onsite and support; Coordinating and scheduling project meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and preparing and distributing meeting notes; Assisting the Office Leader and Project Coordination Team as needed Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of administrative, accounting, or human resources experience. Excellent grammar, spelling, and overall communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with Bluebeam. Previous experience in the engineering/construction industry.
