As a Sales Administrator, you will be a subject matter expert for assigned accounts and support the broader team with training, report creation, and special data gathering/reporting assignments In this Role, you'll get to:
- Be responsible for multiple customer accounts, activities including but not limited to quotations, order entry, coordination of scheduling for all incoming orders, processing acknowledgments of those orders via the appropriate medium, and independently resolving issues and problems.
- Work closely with the Business Unit Manager to answer customer questions and resolve or escalate customer issues; provide timely, accurate, competitive responses to customers' requests for price, lead-time, technical information, and various other inquiries
- Actively contribute and execute ideas for process improvements and cost savings
- Present a competent and composed demeanor, representing the company with professionalism to all stakeholders (including but not limited to applicants, employees, contractors, vendors, and customers) to successfully advance the interests of the company
- Follow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, models safe work practices
- Employee is responsible for contributing to and supporting a positive and respectful workplace environment

- Other duties as assigned
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- 2+ years' experience in Sales Administration, Inside Sales, Customer Success or similar
- Experience in Aerospace and an Electronics environment is desirable
- Knowledge and experience working in a professional business environment, preferably aerospace
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge of both ERP systems and Excel required
- Working knowledge of contract construction and administration
- Demonstrated track record of effectively influencing without authority with all levels of an organization and leading effective/successful change initiatives
*Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization* The wage/salary target range for this role is $27/hr. - $33/hr., depending on education and experience.
