Fortive Corporation is seeking a Test Engineer to join our world-class Engineering team located in Everett, WA, United States. As a Test Engineer at Fortive, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a global industrial technology innovator that is dedicated to solving challenges on a global scale. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team of 18,000 professionals who are driven by limitless learning and growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software and hardware systems.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to determine testing requirements and ensure flawless product performance.

• Debug and resolve issues identified during testing activities

• Document test results and provide recommendations for improving product quality

• Identify and drive cost saving opportunities within the factory

• Validate test stations using software and hardware

• Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging

• Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in test planning and execution for complex systems

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools

• Superior ability to analyze and resolve complex issues

• Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics

• Ability to program in C#, Python, Matlab, C++, Java, etc.

• Hands-on approach/experience with manufacturing processes preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $63,000.00 - $117,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
