We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in the heart of Everett, Washington, 98201, United States. As part of our team, you will manage financial records, facilitate audits, and understand the unique aspects of our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions and manage the business banking relationship

• Coordinate the consolidation process and ensure the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable

• Manage accounting software systems to optimize efficiency

• Conduct auditing tasks and prepare for annual external audits

• Oversee the budget processes and maintain financial statements on a monthly basis

• Handle fixed asset accounting and manage cash flows

• Show dedication in learning the intricacies of the business.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 + bonus.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Background in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Consolidations

• Experience with Annual External Audit

• Ability to maintain accurate Financial Records

• Experience in preparing Monthly Financial Statements

• Knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting

• Ability to manage Business Banking Relationship

• Experience in Cash Flow Management
