You will be responsible for supporting our crews in a construction remodeling business. The work can be physically demanding but above all else, it is extremely rewarding!

- $200 retention bonus after 90 days!
- We need to hire yesterday.
- This is a temporary position. Willingness to cross train and work in all divisions is essential to this position.
Basic requirements:
- On time & reliable

- Not afraid of heights
- Good verbal communication skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A bank or credit union account that can receive weekly pay checks by direct deposit (no cash payments)
- We pay via direct deposit (no cash or checks) so a valid bank account is required

- Must live in the north Puget Sound Region/within 25 miles of Everett, WA. (Required)
- Background check required. We will hire even if the background check is not clean. This will depend on what the issue is.Must be reliable, dependable and flexible - shifts are typically weekdays but occasional night, weekend and out-of-town shifts may be required as needed
