Job Description Summary
GE Aerospace’s Software as a Service business unit seeks sharp, personable, highly organized interns looking to grow their business acumen and professional skills while building a Commercial career in the software industry. You will be working challenging problems while developing a critical understanding of how the Commercial organization impacts our customers. Interns will learn from the best in the industry and work on projects with real impact! You'll build relationships with interns/co-ops and leaders through intern community events and grow through professional development and mentoring options. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
A Commercial Team intern may expect to complete the assigned project contributing to the activities of the Sales and Commercial organization.
Focus areas could include but are not limited to compiling customer data, market analysis including analyzing customer data for potential upsells & cross-sells, Sales Pipeline/data Analytics, CRM experience and more.
You can expect to partner with global teams within the business unit to address specific needs, communicate about the project approach, and present outcomes. You will contribute to various projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills. You will work within a team setting and/or under guidance from Assignment Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program at an accredited university.
Degree focused on Business Administration/Management, International Business, Finance, Marketing, or other relevant majors.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding.
Willing to work in Cincinnati, OH or remote if necessary.

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar a plus).
• Ability to analyze data and compile reports.

Benefits
Pay rates for this position begin at $18.25/hour and increase for each undergraduate year completed. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
