Introduction: Patriot Steel Works is seeking to add a Welder to our growing team. We are looking for candidates with experience in MIG and/or TIG welding processes, particularly with aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. This is a first-shift position with competitive pay based on competencies, starting at $18-$20 per hour or higher.

Skills:
- Experience in MIG and/or TIG welding process (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret prints and welding symbols
- Competence in using different measurement techniques and tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive work ethic and attitude
- Trainable and eager to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work in a team atmosphere
Knowledge:
- Understanding of welding symbols and prints
- Familiarity with setting up welding power supplies and personal workspaces
- Knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel welding
Ability to Implement:
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Communicate effectively with engineering on build issues
- Collaborate with fellow welders in a team environment
- Maintain good attendance and follow company policies
