Responsibilities

Responsible for directing and supervising associates in a variety of machining and mold maintenance operations.

• Schedule and direct work through preparation of work orders.

• Work with production and engineering departments in order to reduce downtime and keep molds running efficiently.

• Provide for associate development and training, involving use of CNC and machine tools.

• Provide direct supervisory feedback to associates, including Annual Performance Appraisals, disciplinary actions, etc.

• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.

• Follow and enforce applicable Food Safety and cGMP polices.

Qualifications

• 2-yr degree in Machine Trades technology (minimum requirement)

• 5-7 years of related experience in a mold making field (minimum requirement)
