Control Systems Engineer (Evans, GA)
Support vehicle embedded control software architecture for both electric and gas vehicles. Work within a team structure to define engine, vehicle, battery and battery management systems, and other vehicle control architecture and associated telemetry experience for vehicle development.
WFH is allowed up to 2 days/week.
Job Requirements: Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Foreign equivalents accepted.
2 years experience in the design of automotive controls systems or systems engineering.
Must include some experience with: - Embedded Software Development - Control algorithm development - Electric/Hybrid vehicle powertrain modeling and design - Root cause analysis, Data analytics and vehicle diagnostics - Matlab/Simulink - C, C++ - CAN and LIN communication protocol. - MIL/SIL and HIL Testing. - SW testing tools (INCA, DSpace, Canalayzer, and Canoe) - CARB compliance and automotive SAE regulations.
