Job Title: Maintenance Technician

2nd shift 3pm - 11pm with OT M - F

Pay 28.50

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance or Production Technician to join our team. This role involves frequent bending and lifting of up to 50 pounds, performing PC functions related to maintenance, and working alongside a maintenance technician to complete repairs and troubleshooting. Your efforts will ensure the quality of our machinery and products. Additional responsibilities include entering parts inventory into the work system, completing work orders with comments and parts details, and handling purchasing requisitions for parts.

Responsibilities

• Frequent bending and lifting of 50 pounds.

• Perform PC functions related to maintenance.

• Work alongside a maintenance technician to complete repairs and troubleshooting to ensure quality of machinery and products.

• Enter parts inventory into the work system.

• Complete work orders including comments and parts associated with work orders.

• Handle purchasing requisitions for parts.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Problem-solving and repair skills.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience with pneumatics.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Maintenance or similar field OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Work Environment

Our facility is a clean and well-maintained chemical environment. The work shift is Sunday-Thursday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Mandatory overtime may be required, with 3rd shift consistently starting at 8:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $28.50/hr.
