Jennie Joiner with Robert Half has a Eugene, Oregon client offering an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to join their team in the Healthcare industry. This position reports to the Revenue Cycle Manager and directly supervises a team of 12 billers, coders and insurance reviewers. Scope of responsibilities includes appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility processes; charge processing; claim submission and processing. Will also oversee payment processing; collections and accounts receivable management; denial management; reporting of results and analysis; auditing; proper coding; credentialing and customer services relative to revenue cycle. Responsibilities:
• Supervise all aspects of the revenue cycle, including appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility, charge processing, claim submission, payment processing, collections, and accounts receivable management.
• Manage the resolution of escalated and unique revenue cycle issues, ensuring the quality of work and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of staff work to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Prepare monthly revenue cycle financial analysis, including aged accounts, and monitor business metrics to refine processes and improve efficiencies.
• Drive new initiatives, act as a catalyst for change, and manage the effective implementation of changes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's revenue cycle training materials and conduct relevant training.
• Oversee the coordination of front office duties, including scheduling, check-in, and co-pay/co-insurance collection.
• Attract high-quality candidates, assess the strengths and development needs of employees, provide timely feedback and coaching, and ensure challenging assignments and opportunities for development.
• Manage the interview process, recommend hires, assess performance, recommend salary changes, and enforce progressive discipline.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's policies and procedures.
• Manage other duties as requested or assigned.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Processes
• Familiarity with HealthCare Revenue Cycle
• Expertise in Billing and Billing Collection
• Proficiency in using Billing software
• Experience in Coding
• Certified in Coding
