Bilingual candidates are eligible for an additional \$1.50 Bilingual Differential. This bilingual differential is not included in the salary above. Position Summary The Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Manager works under the direct supervision of the Senior Program Director to support implementation of the Community Capacity Building Funding (CCBF) to build capacity to provide Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) services across our programs and 15 county service area. This includes developing a deep understanding of CCBF and HRSN as well as conducting on going analysis of implementation strategies within our programs and processes. The Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Manager will lead the programs to access HRSN funding to support clients in their programs. This includes setting up systems for billing and reporting, training and supporting staff and program managers, and acting as a liaison between HIV Alliance and the Medicaid Coordinated Care Organizations. This position will represent the agency and be responsible for sharing information about effectiveness, quality improvement and implementation of HRSN services. They will also collaborate closely with our partners. The Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Manager will supervise an Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Coordinator who will be tasked with assisting with implementation activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Innovation Implement all HRSN activities Research innovative and emerging best practices and present information to leadership and staff Participate with state wide efforts to expand access to HRSN services Identify areas needing clarity of rules, guidelines, policies and program guidance for direct service staff Develop training and ensure that all direct service staff participating in HRSN complete training Understand program requirements and clearly explain information to staff Create and implement data collection processes for new and existing programs Work with funders and community partners to ensure compliance Respond to staff data needs and inquiries and ensure their concerns are addressed Monitor annual program plans in conjunction with Senior Program Director Quality Improvement Work with program partners to ensure accurate and timely collection of data Oversee program data reporting Analyze current trends and make recommendations Utilize input from staff, participants, community partners and current program data to identify quality improvement goals Work with program managers to develop HRSN processes Administrative Ensure work plans, program and contract reports and other documentation are complete, accurate and timely Create presentation and training materials Prepare timely quarterly reports for the Board of Directors and progress/final reports for program contracts/grants Participate in team management of agency and development of long-term planning goals and objectives Develop and implement audit and monitoring programs to measure performance against regulatory compliance and contractual obligations.
