Description :
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician who is a go-getter and personable to provide exceptional service and technical support to our IT customers. This role involves responding to technical support requests, performing installations and upgrades, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Essential Functions :
Provide excellent service while fulfilling IT customer requests or resolving IT customer problems.
Respond to technical support requests in a timely, professional manner and facilitate immediate resolution when possible.
Perform installations, upgrades, and decommission IT equipment (e.g., laptops, desktops, MFPs, fax machines, mobile devices).
Follow team policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist IT customers in the use of hardware and software.
Resolve routine hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools; engage other departments for more complex issues.
Image and configure workstations in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Provide technical support to board members and corporate officials as needed.
Occasionally provide hands-on support to other departments during implementations and problem resolution.
Provide timely and accurate updates to the incident, request, and problem management system.
Serve “on-call” shifts as assigned (confirmation needed).
Required Skills :
Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365 desktop applications, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, iOS, and mobile phones.
Experience troubleshooting peripherals like printers and docking stations.
Familiarity with Active Directory and hardware support.
Top Skills :
Imaging and troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
Supporting Office 365 desktop applications.
Providing technical support for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, iOS, and mobile phones.
Troubleshooting peripherals like printers and docking stations.
Additional Information :
Drug Test Required: No
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment fingerprinting background .
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8-5 as standard but flexible.
End users are internal employees.
Two rounds of virtual interviews.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
