As a Fiberglass Laminator specializing in hand layup operations using fiberglass and carbon fiber, you'll play a key role in producing durable and lightweight fiberglass and carbon fiber parts, including hoods, scoops, and cowls. This position is ideal for those with prior experience in fiberglass boat repair.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut fiberglass cloth patterns, ensuring complete coverage of molds.
- Apply liquid gelcoat and resins within precise measurements, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Layer resin and fiberglass materials, maintaining a smooth finish and adhering to drying times and inspection standards.

Work Schedule
