In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from attracting top talent to successfully implementing onboarding programs.

• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to improve employee skills and performance.

• Performance Management: Coordinate the performance review process, providing mentorship to managers and employees to achieve outstanding performance outcomes.

• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and facilitate resolution to ensure a positive work environment.

• Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply strictly with local labor laws and regulations.

• Payroll Administration: Manage payroll process, close month reports .

• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs effectively, ensuring all employees understand and apply their benefits.

• HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

3. Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
