Primary requiremnets will be the installation of Building Automation and Low Voltage Temperature Control Systems and assoicated devices. Understanding of bule prints and temperature control drawing would be a plus, but un-nessary to start.
Must have the willingness to learn and understand mechanical and electrical systems, and how they interact with Building Automation System devices and software. On the job training is essential to this vocation! North Lynx is willing to invest in advance training for quailified individuals that display their eargarness to learn and understand our programs.
This is an exiciting and niche vocation that teeters somewhere within the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems of the construction trades. Candidates should have basic knoweledge of electrical hand held, battery operated and power tools, but not necessary as this is an introductory position into our field and we are willing to train. MEP trades and computer knowledege experience is a bonus.
North Lynx is willing to prequailify potiential applicants if they feel intrested through online interviews via, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets and other online platforms, no commitments and this will be kept in strict confidentiality.
A vailid VT drivers license is required, travel is necessary as we work on many construction site within the state of Vermont.
