We are assisting a top North American beverage company in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. This role offers competitive compensation ( $22.88/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period.

Available Shift: Friday - Sunday with Alternating Thursdays, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior production or manufacturing experience

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Works independently and collaboratively to solve problems and make decisions.

• Comfortable with computers and learns new software quickly.

• Handles basic math calculations for production tasks.

Description:

• Operates manufacturing equipment while adhering to strict safety and quality standards, ensuring a production process that is both efficient and compliant.

• Maintains a safe work environment by consistently following established safety protocols and demonstrating a strong safety focus.

• Actively participates in learning and development opportunities to gain proficiency in operating machinery and adhering to quality control procedures (QDS, SQF, GMP, HACCP).

• Independently conducts line changeovers and cleaning tasks, following standard protocols for line clearance and pre-checks.

• Ensures timely product release by meticulously completing documentation and verification tasks in various systems (COLOS, PeopleSoft, Manufacturing Execution System, Trackwise) and paper records.

• Identifies and escalates production line issues and improvement opportunities, including initiating Root Cause Corrective Action procedures. During maintenance calls, actively supports technicians by providing information and using the opportunity for further learning.

Pay Details: $22.88 per hour
