To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Officer for Finland and the Baltics to join us, based out of our office in Espoo, Finland.

The Cybersecurity Officer is responsible for the implementation, execution, and compliance with the requirements set by Corporate Cybersecurity. This role includes driving cybersecurity initiatives in the Finnish regional company, with a direct report to the Finnish CEO of Siemens.

What part will you play?

In this role, you will provide tactical guidance and operational support to the Country CEO, management teams, and other business stakeholders in the Nordic countries regarding cybersecurity matters. You will work in close cooperation with other Global Cybersecurity Officers and departments. One of your main responsibilities will be developing partnerships and cooperation with our current partners in the field of cybersecurity.

Furthermore, you will promote security awareness and deliver security concepts with effective measures to support the adequate protection of business-critical assets and IT infrastructure. You will also provide transparency on cybersecurity risks and manage all cybersecurity topics within your area of responsibility.

• Derive Cybersecurity strategy and define implementation of strategy

• Support and implement holistic view on Cybersecurity within the area of responsibility

• Advise business in Finland and Baltics in their activities related to Cybersecurity

• Clarify Cybersecurity services quality and demand

• Steer and maintain community collaboration and best practice sharing

• Advise on and act as interface between strategic and operational risk management

• Guide Cybersecurity Governance implementation and drive process improvement accordingly

• Represent respective organization for Cybersecurity topics internally and externally

• Coordinate incident and vulnerability handling (incl. holding statement) activities and processes

• Support overarching (IT, OT, PSS) Cybersecurity communities' knowledge sharing with participation and contribution

What we expect

• Academic background in Computer Science or Business Information Technology, ideally with a focus on Cybersecurity

• You are passionate about developing and growing your expertise in Cybersecurity IT, OT, and Product and Solution Security

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or similar certification

• Knowledge of ISO27001 and IEC 62443

• Experience with functional leadership in matrix organizations

• Excellent communication skills with top-management

• Strong knowledge and awareness of region-specific cyber threats and risks

• Excellent language skills in Finnish and English
