We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Data Integration to be part of our Analytics, Data and Integration Team.

A day in the life of a Product Manager – Media Data Engineering:

• Be responsible for one or several products within a product group.

• Be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and vision execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of his/her scope (including IT consumers’ adoption). Along the full product life cycle, work closely with IT customers and consumers to support company objectives and initiatives.

• Be accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the design and build, deploy and sustain.

• On the delivery side of the product, be responsible for the analysis and continuously managing value for money.

• To ensure a product is adopted as widely as possible.

• Facilitate the delivery of applications that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end user, standardise work across Nestlé markets and businesses and share above market in centres of scale and competency.

• To manage the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product.

• 7+ years of experience in IT, specific focus on transaction or data flow across global solution ecosystems incorporating internal IT systems, external partner based IT systems and cloud.

• 4+ years of experience with team leadership in an IT delivery context, in a Global environment with virtual teams and outsourced entities.

• Demonstrated experience in:

• A product based IT organization with responsibilities for solution or process integration.

• Provisioning and implementation of hybrid integration platforms supporting transaction flow across the solution ecosystem.

• Using hybrid IT principles to deliver fit for purpose integration products and solutions, especially in the space of Data Integration (Data Replication, Data Migration, Data Streaming).

• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience working in matrix organizations with the ability to foster new communities and influence diverse business partners.

• Senior stakeholder and Project management exposure.

Bonus Points if you...

• Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards that enable integration.

• Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall).

• Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.

• Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.

• Strong understanding of solution integration patterns and enterprise design concepts enabling transaction flow for scenarios such as business to business (B2B), application to application (A2A) and cloud based apps leveraging APIs or design concepts enabling data flow for scenarios such as data migration, data replication, data provisioning and master data sync.
